All systems/styles of Chinese martial art, Chinese medicine and Philosophy has its full potential awareness within an ancient knowledge system that has defined and challenged many social norms, scientific theories, medical views, sports and business practices.
To date; the benefits within social "dis-ease" is remarkable and can be applied alongside any of the aforementioned practices.
Primary outcome of KUNG FU is to develop character, a healthy disposition and a good work ethic.
The full benefits are simple to define. How you wish to pursue a choice; which suits your lifestyle and manageability is merely the way you wish to approach the process; a) hard active or b) calm and healing active.
a) hard active
The very active styles are suited more toward the physically active members; applying hard qi gong and stronger action in movement for over active minds and bodies with lots of energy to burn. Assisting to calm the physical excesses allowing a progression toward internal training.
b) calm and healing active.
The next level practitioner - to enhance training or to assist with healing, the mature member, the member with health dispositions will undertake an internal style which focuses more on health bearing qi gong training; working toward the management of health for internal strength, self healing and practitioning. The focus is more on the development of internal energy, strength, refinement and better quality of life.
A proper balanced training program assists with mind strength, physical ability and inner understanding as an outcome regardless of the physical or less physical approach.

Clients become competent, self assured and confident. A fit body and calm mind alongside the ability to understand the logic of intentional action and non-action as a reward.
All these factors assist a well rounded client with achievable goals such as - agility, calmness, ability to focus, learn and react efficiently.
Defence not only protects you from physical abuse; it also assists the protection/sanity of the mind, as well as the immune (from illness) and ageing (healing and strengthening the organs).
- Classes are no larger than 20 students per class; ages vary in each class i.e.
7yrs and 35yrs old can train in the same class. - 7year old and upward capable of being in a class without assistance from guardians.
- Safety or self defence is not an isolated idea or concept.
- Kids training alongside adults to assist the child to understand the advantages and disadvantages when faced with a real situation.

MENTAL HEALTH
Providing coping mechanisms aided with philosophy and a practical “how to do and apply” approach. Changing mind sets away from destruction, self doubt and fear.
Results - your own management ability to remain calm and aware if in danger or under extreme work or social stresses. Living with ease of heart and mind creates for a peace full disposition and the logic to interact and strategise within a business environment.
POTENTIAL EXPERTISE
Training to become more aware of action and intent when in action/movement. To execute without injury, understanding correct posture, remaining focused and understanding the relationship between connecting structures (skeletal, muscular) and non-structures such as mind will (sung - applying qi and intent).
Results – facilitates suppleness, flexibility, circulation, toning and inner strength. Enables the comprehension of full potential range, enhancement of movement alongside strengths and weaknesses; understanding energy and its abilities; along with both the advantages and disadvantages.
INTERACTIVE, LOGIC & CO ORDINATION
Physically; balance, internal/external strength and coordination are important basic fundamentals to defence. Emotionally the mind must be understood in relation to its body. Explored in a focused but relaxed approach, allowing natural body movement and body memory to come into play. Learning to disassociate mind control when needed.
Results – understanding the fundamentals can be utilised and enhanced allows natural absorption, comprehension and the ability to apply when needed. Knowing when and how to be calm and focused. An easier approach to a complex knowledge system.
DEFENCE & PROTECTION
Defence not only protects you from physical abuse; it also assists the protection or sanity of the mind, guarding of the immune system (from illness) and the effects of ageing. Such as degenerative diseases, poor circulation, mobility and memory degeneration.
Results – both physical and mental responses are enhanced; the immune is boosted, ageing process is slowed down and rejuvenation on a cellular level is encouraged. This is done through a relaxed, calm, but pro active approach; not relying solely on logic and physical strength.
RECOVERY FROM INJURY; SPORTS RELATED OR CHRONIC
Advised training and application movements (soft or hard) is encouraged during or post injury/surgery to resist the deterioration of effected or related body parts, also guarding the mind and preventing cellular degeneration. Such as never train with a fever or while taking drugs; also notify your instructor when you have an injury; regardless of how minor.
Results – quicker recovery time; agility, strength, movement and full capacity return once fully healed. When injured; we adjust the posture according to the injury; this can sometimes lead to further injury.

Quantum mechanics seems to suggest that the sub-atomic world-and even the world beyond the atom - has no independent structure at all, until defined by human intellect. Werner Heisenberg, who transformed physics when he developed this concept in 1927, notes: "Natural science does not simply describe and explain nature; it is a part of the interplay between nature and ourselves... What we observe is not nature itself, but nature exposed to our methods of questioning."
The movement facilitates internal and external action of the body. Which encourages the actions of expansion, contraction, twisting, spiraling, manipulation and stimulation of internal organs, muscle, sinew, ligament and tendons. These factors have a reactionary effect on the breath, circulation and cells; allowing for a good circulation, a balanced energy pattern and a harmonious action with the environment.
