uniforms & gear

Uniforms & gear is compulsory - after 3 months of training.
Centre outfit comprises: kung fu pants or shorts and mandarin sleevless top or short sleeve tee or vest or longsleeve tee and hoody and feiyue shoes and rank sash.
Competition outfits: IWF regulation and exhibition if you are a competitor.
Full contact sparring:(sanda/sanshou) chest, head, gum, groin guard, wraps and gloves; competitor or not.

Shaolin Cafe' stocks your uniform and training gear, fieyue shoes, books, dvd's and Dr. Jeff Lan's products.
