Opened to public in 1990 as International Kim Loong Wushu Center - IKLWC (golden dragon martial arts). Prior to 1990 we only taught privately. Run by head coach, Dr. or Shirfu Jeff Lan, wife Shirmo Amanda, son Kim-Lioong (Kim) and daughter Yu-Feng (Ana) biographies

Our reputation precedes us; over the years our achievements have forged a legacy of success.

Dr./Shirfu Jeff has excelled in guiding, teaching, nurturing and healing many clients.
Client satisfaction is reward enough; our action speak louder than words.

To name all would be an enormous task; our purpose is to aid society and not pat ourselves on the back for every little achievement we acquire.

Here are a few highlights to allow us to share and allow our older members the joy of remembrance.

Thank you to our students; our kung fu family; for making all our years of effort and hard work well worth the journey. May we travel this road a while longer yet. Your Shirfu & Shirmo.

2009 - After years of consideration we send our team to compete for the first time.

2009 South African Wushu Federation (SAWF) national competition - 5 man team.

our team achieved 6 medals - 4 gold, 1 silver & 1 bronze (shaolin & yong chun)

 

Competition does not define; it only provides the student with a sense of achievement to work harder.

2010 SAWF national competition - 9 man and ladies team. The first time for those not attending last years event.

7 medals - 4 gold, 2 silver & 1 bronze (shaolin, yong chun & taiji) & Presidents Cup.

 

Kim won the Presidents cup for the most points scored and the best performer at the event.
