Chinese martial arts (kung fu) is one of few systems left in the world, that enhances this concept; utelising applications of offence, defence, health and healing.
This can be divided into sub-categories for better understanding:

the logic

All systems or styles of Chinese martial art i.e. kung fu, taiji, qi gong, shaolin, yong chun, ba gua, hsing yi and chinese medicine has its full potential awareness within an ancient system that has defined and challenged many social norms, scientific theories, medical views, sport training and business practices.
A health system that have survived both time and evolution. Today the benefits with social "dis-ease" is remarkable and can be applied alongside any medicinal practice, business logic, sport training, social and health issue.
A system which is non invasive, but will challenge the mind, intellect, logic and tenacity of all our students.
A foundation system built on the simple logic of "HARD WORK".
A primary outcome of kung fu is to develop character, a healthy disposition and good work ethics.
Not merely a sport or martial art; it is a way of life that defines us and all the aspects within our daily routines.

our clients
Our members become physically competent, self assured and confident, allowing for a fit body and calm mind alongside the ability to understand the logic of gentle breathing and intentional action.
All these factors assist with a well rounded student; who is agile, calm and capable to focus, learn and react efficiently.
Classes are no larger than 20 students per class; ages vary in each class i.e. 7yrs and 35yrs old can train in the same class.
Children 7yrs and upward are more capable of being in a class without assistance from guardians.
Safety or self defence is not an isolated idea or concept.
Our logic; kids training alongside adults assist the child in understanding the advantages and disadvantages when faced with a real situation.
Defence not only protects you from physical abuse; it also assists the protection/sanity of the mind, as well as the immune (from illness) and ageing.
